TERMS OF SERVICE
| General! |

| ✦ I am allowed to use your art as an example. (Unless you want the art to be completely private. You may request for that once I reach out to you or include it in the bottom of your form where the questions / comments would go.) |
| ✦ You will only receive the digital art file. (.png) Not the printed art. (You may print it out yourself though for your own personal use.) |
| ✦ I will not accept commissions or art trades from blank accounts or accounts that seem untrustworthy to me. |
| ✦ I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. If you are wanting a design from me those would be considered a "custom / character design" commission which are separate from my normal commissions.) |
| ✦ I have the right to decline a commission request if the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it |
| ✦ Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the art you will receive. You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details. |
| ✦ Customers may ask for a refund after 2 months have passed. (commissions only) This does not to apply to commissions that are completed / finished. |
| ✦ Do not ask me to lower my prices. (commissions only) |
| Usage! |

| ✦ Do not ask me to remove my unfinished signature or normal signature or try to remove it yourself. (Trying to remove it yourself will get you blacklisted.) |
| ✦ Do not trace my art or claim it as your own. (you'll be blacklisted) |
| ✦ I do not condone my art to be used for any sort of AI / AI Training. |
| ✦I do not condone my art to be used as a NFT or sold as one. |
| ✦ You may use my art as a pfp, page-doll, etc. as long as you credit me on the page it is being used on. |
| ✦ Do not use my art to spread hate about me or others. |
| ✦ You may edit slight details like backgrounds, adding a border, or small errors. |
| ✦ Do not sell my art for a higher or lower price. (Just don't sell it at all. It'll result in blacklisting.) |
| Timing / Updates! |

| ✦ I have a fulltime job and I work NIGHTS. The time I get to work on art are on my days off or a few hours before or after work. Your commission / trade may take 1-3 months to complete depending on my situation. Communication is always welcome don't be scared to reach out and ask questions. Unless it is a priority commission then it will be completed within the agreed deadline. (costs a fee) |
| ✦ I usually post updates on my Instagram story (updates highlight) or my Trello. Don't be afraid and message me yourself for any updates. I don't have time to message every single commissioner so I post on my story or Trello for all. (Please be patient, I'll get to you as soon as possible.) |
| ✦ I always send a sketch before moving onto lineart but if you'd like to see any other stages like lineart, coloring, or shading, please ask / request to see them. (Please just don't spam me! I'll get to you as fast I can.) |

| Payment Process |

| ✦ Payments will be taken via Artistree or Cashapp (Giftcards are for Close Friends Only. Do not ask if you're not one of my close friends.) If paying with Cashapp please send in a request thru Artistree anyway just include somewhere in your commission you are paying through cashapp. I will accept it then contact you with the socials given about payment and "cancel" the commission on artistree for "payment being taken off platform" DONT FRET! Your commission is still going to be worked on! It will be moved to mainly trello and I will contact you about sketch and anything you request through DMs of the socials provided. |
| ✦ Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 1 week / 7 days. I do not accept payment plans. If someone is paying for your commission, you must state it in your commission request. |
| ✦ Please also keep aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. I allow 3-4 edits during the sketch stage and base color process. Any major revisions and after that will have an extra fee scaling from 5$ to 25$. (Depending on the commission.) Be upfront about the changes you require. If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. |
| ✦ You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is $50. The date must be at least a week in advance. |
| Blacklisting! |

| ✦ Ghosting or Retracing payment will result in you getting blacklisted, just tell me if you aren't interested anymore. It'll be easy for both of us. |
| ✦ Failure to credit me will result in blacklisting if you don't respond to my warning. (plus a report) |
| ✦ Extreme unprofessional responses will result in blacklisting. |
| ✦ If you spam me even when I have asked you to stop you will be blocked and blacklisted. |
| ✦ If you ask for a refund before the 2 months have passed you will be blacklisted. (simply just ask for an update! If for some reason you need a refund after I have started on the commission I will work with you to get everything sorted out :]) |
| ✦ Regarding people on my blacklist please check that out here (https://xalex-stitchesx.carrd.co/#bfy), these people are not allowed to receive any art or characters made by me, nor are you allowed to commission me for them. If I have found out you commissioned me for them you will be blacklisted. |
| Fees! |

| ✦ Artistree will apply fees to your final commission so artists can receive 100% of their payment. I will not alter my prices to counteract these fees. |
Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.
